What it is
Therm & Term is arithmetic on the numbers you type, not legal, financial or energy advice. It cannot see your contract: read it, and ask the supplier and your utility before you sign. The results are only as good as the numbers typed in. Check them against your bill and the contract before you decide anything.
Independence
Therm & Term is independent. Its only income is the optional File Pass and Offer Sheet. It sells no gas and is not a gas utility, supplier, broker or marketplace: it lists no offers, takes no commission or referral fee and never asks for a gas account number. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any gas utility, gas supplier, state utility commission or the U.S. Energy Information Administration, and it has no connection with any business that used this web address before. gaspowered.us is only this site's address.
Prices
File Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, or one Offer Sheet for $1.00: free during preview. During preview nothing is charged. When payments start, prices and renewal terms are shown before anything is paid, and a File Pass can be cancelled at any time to stop the next payment.
Your Offer File
Keep the private link safe; anyone with it can open and change the file. Do not put account numbers, passwords or anything you would not want stored in a file's names or notes. Files unused for 400 days are deleted.
Fair use
Daily limits on new files and saves keep the site running for everyone. Do not try to break, overload or scrape it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC.com is not liable for decisions made with it.
