This website is operated by Generator Depot Ohio ("we," "us"). By using the site, requesting a quote, or using the client portal, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this site or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Financing

Financing is subject to credit approval. Terms, rates, and availability vary by plan and applicant and are documented in a separate financing agreement.

Client Portal

Portal accounts are for customers of Generator Depot Ohio. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that are misused. Information in the portal (service history, invoices, equipment records) is provided for your convenience; official records are maintained by our office.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed as stated in your installation agreement. Warranty claims may require documented maintenance history.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generator Depot Ohio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Ohio law.
