Payments are not switched on yet. Every Offer File has File Pass free during preview: up to 12 offers, the look-back, the Offer Sheet and CSV. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for. When payments start, files keep everything they hold: a free file compares its first 3 offers and keeps the rest saved.

What the money pays for
Hosting, upkeep and the arithmetic. Therm & Term has no ads, sells no gas and takes no commission or referral fee, so no supplier pays it to say anything.
Renewal and cancelling
When payments start, File Pass will renew each month or year until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next payment. The price and the renewal are shown before anything is paid.
Refunds
Nothing is charged during preview. When payments start, the terms page will say how a charge made in error is refunded.
